Background tiles, domino sprites, and platform/ladder/door art are all the game's real extracted assets now (confirmed .BCX/DOMINOE0/1.SPX/.PLX formats — see docs/formats/fg-visuals.md). Any fg > 0 draws a real .PLX icon at index fg on top of the background tile, once, when the level loads — platform caps/steps, ladders, doors, and the unconfirmed 18/19/21 all use this one rule. Ladders additionally get overridden every frame by a fixed icon (5 or 17), and doors re-trigger the same icon-by-index rule as their swing-animation counter changes — confirmed by reading the render code end to end. The green/red outlines just mark which cell is the level's entry/exit on top of all that. The dashed purple boxes mark fg values inherited from a third-party clone's enum as "Door0/1/3" but never actually confirmed against this game's own door mechanism — built while making this viewer: one of them (18) shows up in ladder-like diamond patterns and never once at a level's real door coordinate, so that inherited name is probably wrong (their .PLX icon art is real and now shown, just its semantic meaning isn't). Dominoes are shown in their level-start resting pose (every domino loads with dominoState=8 and no fall direction until pushed).

Note: P00000 is a real level but deliberately blank — the only one of 103 with zero background decoration on any platform, and it carries an anti-piracy taunt as its hint text. If you select it and the floors look "missing," that's expected, not a viewer bug — see docs/formats/screens-scr.md.
